Offer certificate ordering online without changing how your office works
Lawyers, law clerks, and buyers order tax and utility certificates from one place. You choose how orders reach your office, from a link to your current process up to a direct connection with your tax system.
What stays the same
- Your fees
- Your certificate format
- Your tax software and records
- Who issues the certificate: your office
Four ways to connect, each a step up from the last
Every option is free to join. Move up when your office is ready; purchasers keep ordering the same way at every step.

What changes for your office with email
Email is the usual first step because it needs no procurement. You give us a request address and connect a Stripe account; there is nothing to install.
A purchaser orders and pays
They pick your municipality, enter the property, and pay by card into your Stripe account.
Your office receives a request email
It lists the property, the certificate, and the order number.
Staff upload the certificate
A secure link opens the upload page; staff sign in with that email address and upload the PDF.
The purchaser receives it
We email it and keep a permanent copy, so your office never handles resends.
Your data, your API
Your tax roll belongs to the municipality, not to the software vendor that stores it.
What you share
- Access to the tax data through your system's existing APIs
- Access to a provider you choose
What you control
- Who gets access, usually through configuration work
- The scope of the quote: ask what the work involves, and we will join that call
Accessible ordering
Our ordering pages are built to WCAG 2.1 AA. We have not had an independent audit yet and will share the results when we do.
The AODA and similar rules apply to your own website, so linking to us does not by itself make it compliant.
